I make sure and stretch after every run in addition to practicing yoga several days per week.  I’m still not very flexible, but maybe I’ll get there.  After a run I don’t like sitting, laying on the ground so I usually just do the standing stretches.  I do several others besides these, but I can’t find an infographic of standing-only stretches.  If you have one, could you send it my way?
