Two a days

Since I’ve been on break, I’ve been doing the elliptical every morning and running every evening.  I still need to work in some yoga and strength training, but I’m excited about getting two cardio sessions per day.  I feel that after-burn almost all the time!  I hope when we go back to school, I can keep it up even if I have to shorten the time.  Just a few short weeks until summer and I plan to use summer to get in amazing shape, get a before/after picture posted, and go back to school and shock all my students and co-workers!

Does anyone know what happened with jpo1?  I really enjoyed his or her blog and now it’s just *gone* from what I can tell.  Did they recreate a new blog with a different name…  The blog was marathon journey 2014 I think.

Good visual on some ways to create time in your day for running, or whatever is important to you.  The saying no thing was HUGE for me.  It may not be good for my career but I’m a teacher so there’s not really a lot of upward movement anyway.
