Two a days
Since I’ve been on break, I’ve been doing the elliptical every morning and running every evening. I still need to work in some yoga and strength training, but I’m excited about getting two cardio sessions per day. I feel that after-burn almost all the time! I hope when we go back to school, I can keep it up even if I have to shorten the time. Just a few short weeks until summer and I plan to use summer to get in amazing shape, get a before/after picture posted, and go back to school and shock all my students and co-workers!
Does anyone know what happened with jpo1? I really enjoyed his or her blog and now it’s just *gone* from what I can tell. Did they recreate a new blog with a different name… The blog was marathon journey 2014 I think.
